We are looking into the campsites at FW for our 1st disney vacation during easter break 2010. Our RV is 36ft long and we are worried about choosing the right type of campsite - do we really need to spend the xtra $ for a premium site?

    Allison:

In my opinion, I don't think you need to have one of the premium sites at Fort Wilderness for your 36-footer, as I've seem some Class A's fit into the full hookup loops!

When you make your reservation--whether it's for full hookup, preferred or premium, make sure you tell them what size your RV is, and when it comes time to assign spaces, they'll put you into a space that'll fit your vehicle.

FYI: We've always requested preferred with a loop near the Outpost because those spots seem roomier than the 100 - 300 loops.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!

p.s. Don't miss out on the Easter parade if you rent a golf cart or seeing the Easter Bunny at Pioneer Hall on Easter Sunday before the candy hunt!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
