We are looking at camping at the Wilderness Campground. We would like to cook some meals at the campsite, Do we need to have a meal plan for every day of your stay or can we purchase a dining plan for 3 days of a 5 day stay?

    Hi Danitza!

It sounds like you are planning a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation and I am so happy to help you with your question! Disney dining plans are a great way to pay for the majority of your dining expenses in advance of your trip. All of the Disney dining plans are based on your Disney Resort hotel reservation, where each person on your reservation will receive one set of dining entitlements for each night of your reservation. So for example, if you choose to add the Disney Dining Plan to your trip and your hotel reservation is four nights and 5 days, then each person on your reservation will receive four table service entitlements, four quick service entitlements and four snack entitlements which can be used flexibly throughout your vacation.

While unfortunately you can't add a dining plan for fewer nights than your reservation, the flexibility of the dining plans may still allow you to cook meals at your campsite while you are on a dining plan. For example, you could choose to use your table service entitlements for breakfast in the morning, your quick service entitlements for lunch and cook at the campsite for dinner. Or, you could use dining entitlements for the evening of your arrival and the morning of your checkout and then cook at your campsite for meals on the days in between. In my experience, the dining plans provide just enough flexibility that we can accommodate all sorts of different dining itineraries.

Whatever you decide about the Disney dining plans, I highly recommend that you make advanced dining reservations for all of the table service dining experiences you are interested in as availability is limited. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
