Hiya, Lynsi!
Thank you for reaching out to us hEAR at planDisney!
Oh boy! It sounds like you and your Mouseketeers are going to start the yEAR off with some extra fun at
The Happiest Place on Earth! How exciting! I'm happy to share that the age distinction of your children's tickets only pertains to the different price points and does not exclude anyone from enjoying any
attractions or rides. The age specifics for these "Disney Adults" seems to have a bit more to do with
table service and character dining locations than it does specifically with
tickets or being able to enjoy attractions; however, the age-related pricing carried over across the board to keep everything consistent.
While most
attractions do have very strict height requirements, anyone is more than welcome to enjoy any attraction for which they measure up. I've been on some "any height" attractions by myself seated next to a mom wearing a baby in a carrier, and my seven-year-old is my ride buddy for things that my thirty-seven-year-old isn't brave enough to do.
Speaking of brave, check out the
Rider Switch service! This is super useful in case there is something that someone in your crew doesn't wish to enjoy. Basically what will happen is someone can hang back with the one who doesn't want to ride while the first group goes on the attraction. When group 1 is done, the person who waited behind gets to skip the line. This way no one
has to miss out. How fun is that!
I hope that this clEARed up your question, Lynsi, and also helped to better plan your upcoming Disney day! Be sure to follow the
