I am looking to bring a group of 75 for a dining experience for a work event. I've tried contacting catering services, but I don't get an answer. What are the best locations/ dining options? We want to make it special!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Danielle! Wow, what a group you are compiling! This will be such a pinnacle event for you!

I highly recommend visiting the Disney Meetings website and contacting them via email. You’ll be able to browse meeting spaces here not only for private rooms at many Disney Springs dining locations, but also to create the event that’s perfect for your coworkers! Disney Banquet Facilities  and Catered Events can connect you with a super personalized space at meetings@disneyworld.com or 321-939-7278. Please try to call with an initial inquiry between the hours of 9am EST and 4pm EST for a space that will fit 20-300! A consultant will contact you with all the options you need. Another option is to call Disney Dining Reservations at (407) 939-1947, but these reservations will be fairly standard and you will be seating at various tables throughout the restaurant.  Lastly, booking a Frozen Ever After Sparkling Dessert Party in Epcot for IllumiNations would be incredible! You’ll be able to arrive before sunset to beverages, snacks, desserts and more, all to be capped off by amazing fireworks with the perfect view!

If I can help you with other team building activities or free activities in the Parks, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
