At the present time, I am not aware of any refurbishments that are expected to take place at
Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside. However, I see a refurbishment is expected at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter from May 2024 through November 2024.
The best way to know when a resort hotel refurbishment is expected to take place is to visit the webpage for the specific hotel on the Walt Disney World Resort website. For example, if you visit the
webpage for Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter, you will see that a notice has been posted alerting Guests of the expected refurbishment.
Jamie, Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter is a great resort! It is highly regarded as one of the more “romantic” of the hotels in the Disney Resorts Collection. Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside is a great resort. It is also in the moderate category of Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Be sure to check the website as you continue to plan your Walt Disney World Resort website.
