Hi we are looking at booking to stay at the hotel Cheyenne in May. We have been to a travel agent today - if we book through them are we still able to do things like book the reserved area for fireworks etc?

    Bonjour!

Welcome to planDisney, Katrina, and thank you for bringing your question to us! I love getting the chance to chat about Disneyland Paris, in my opinion, the most beautiful Disney Park in the world is Disneyland Park in Paris (but don't tell Magic Kingdom I said that!). And with just a few months to go, it won't be long before you get to experience it for yourself!

It sounds like you're planning a stay at the Wild West-themed Disney Hotel Cheyenne, a really immersive spot to rest after a fun-filled day in the Disney Parks. Have you considered adding a Meal Plan? I highly recommend it, especially the breakfast option. The choice of food at the buffet breakfast at the Chuck Wagon Cafe is brilliant. My favourite is the breakfast cake, featuring a chocolate sponge Mickey running through the centre of a plain sponge (yes, breakfast cake is totally acceptable on holiday!).

Great news, Katrina! Once your hotel reservation is linked to your Disneyland Paris app, regardless of how you booked, you'll be able to make restaurant reservations for the entire length of your stay. Additionally, you can book preferred viewing spots for nighttime spectaculars and parades one week in advance directly through the app.

Two other things to keep in consideration.
First, have you considered Disney Sequoia Lodge? It's themed after the great national parks of the USA and offers a peaceful atmosphere with access to the Quarry Pool. Surprisingly, it’s sometimes priced similarly to (or even less than) Disney Hotel Cheyenne, so it's worth comparing the two.

Second, if you're planning a self-drive holiday, check out the current offer for a free return P&O Ferry crossing when booking directly with Disney. I've just booked a May trip myself and took advantage of this deal, it was a great bonus! Keep in mind, though, that offers are always subject to change, so be sure to check availability.

Katrina, I hope this has answered your question, and I hope you have the best holiday at Disneyland Paris. If you have any more questions please reach out to me directly, I would love to help!

    Have a magical day,
    Matt
