Hi there looking at booking a stay at he the grand plus a 5 day ticket for 7 people for august 2023 when bookings open, their being a chance it needs to be pushed out a year (from New Zealand)can that be done?or will my tickets expire,?

Hello there Martine! I'm quite impressed by your advance planning to visit Disneyland Resort. It sounds like you have a group and know what you want.

I have to say that you are making an excellent choice with Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. I have been lucky enough to do a few overnight stays there and it ranks up there as some of my best memories at Disneyland Resort. An August visit will be the perfect time to include a down day to enjoy the amenities that Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa has to offer, like the pools!

The current cancellation/refund policy states that for a Disneyland vacation package, you can receive a full refund if you cancel your package 30 days before your arrival date, minus any cancellation fees charged by third-party suppliers or any non-refundable travel protection plan. If you cancel with less than a 30-day notice there will be fees depending on how close you are to the arrival date.

Currently, dining reservations can be made 60 days out. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, you are subject to a $10 cancellation fee per person.

Martine, I hope this information takes some worry out of your planning. If you have any other questions along the way we are here to help! You've got a friend in us!
