I am looking in to booking a Private VIP tour for my family- I have a big group of 11 people so I know I would need two tours. But my question is are they any payment plans? My tour will be higher than my credit card limit, so am in need of advice.

    Hi Ashley,

Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you are planning a magical vacation for your family, and we are here at planDisney to help with any questions you have!

Ashley, the current pricing for a Disney Private VIP Tour can range from $450 to $900 per hour, depending on the season. These prices are subject to change without notice. You must book a minimum of seven continuous hours. I reached out to a Cast Member with Disney VIP Tour Services who explained to me that a credit card is used to hold your reservation at the time of booking, and your card will be billed in full for the seven hours the day before your scheduled tour. Theme park tickets are not included in the price of the tour, and if you plan on park hopping with your VIP Tour Guide you will need tickets with the Park Hopper Option. These tours are limited and can be booked up to 60 days in advance by calling Disney VIP Tour Services.

If you decide that a Disney Private VIP Tour doesn’t fit into your plans for this family vacation, there are many other options in the Enchanting Extras Collection you can choose from. If everyone in your party is at least 16 years old, Disney’s Keys to the Kingdom Tour is a fantastic walking tour through Magic Kingdom Park that will take you to some behind-the-scenes areas to learn about the theme park, and the tour includes lunch! One of my favorite suggestions is a Specialty Fireworks Cruise. Your family can watch Happily Ever After or EPCOT Forever from your own boat, with assorted snacks and soft drinks included. For a group of 11, you will need two boats. This is such a unique experience, I highly recommend it. Enchanting Extras can also be booked up to 60 days in advance.

I hope this is helpful, Ashley. You’ve got some time to decide if a tour works for your budget, or to look through the options in the Enchanting Extras Collection to see what other magic you can create for your family. If you have any other questions, please reach out to me again at planDisney.
