Well, hello there, Angela. Welcome to planDisney!
The brand-new
theme park ticket and
hotel discount for Canadian Residents look like such great deals! I love me some Walt Disney World Resort...and it's even better when I can get a great discount. And you've made a wonderful selection regarding your
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel choice. Before I became a
Disney Vacation Club Member,
Disney's Pop Century Resort was the hotel I stayed at the most frequently. It's a great value and has easy access to
Disney's Hollywood Studios and
EPCOT with the
Disney Skyliner.
When the Walt Disney World Resort releases room discounts for their Disney Resorts Collection Hotels, a certain amount of rooms are typically allocated for that deal. It does not always apply to all rooms. As such, it may simply be that the room allocated for that 2-night stay is not included, but the room allocated for that 3-night stay
is included. If your dates are at all flexible, I would play around with the calendar and see if there is a room with the discount available for other dates. You can also
check the Offer Details page and
call a friendly Cast Member on the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line to see if they can help.
Did you hear about the new
Zootopia: Better Zoogether attraction coming to the
Tree of Life in
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park this winter? My fingers are crossed that when you visit in March, it will be open so that you have something to get you pumped for
Zootopia 2 when it comes out! But even if it isn't open yet, the new show, "
The Little Mermaid - A Musical Adventure," with its
state-of-the-art puppetry, should be open in
Disney's Hollywood Studios as it's projected to open at some point this fall. Plus, you've got
Tiana's Bayou Adventure and the
Country Bear Musical Jamboree in
Magic Kingdom Park, both of which
just opened this summer!
Angela, best wishes for a phenomenal early spring trip. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to
reach out again!
The very things that hold you down are going to lift you up,
Matt
