Hi there, Catherine!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad to hEAR you are considering planning a Disney Cruise Line vacation! I know that you will welcome the change in temperature by cruising in February and escaping for some fun in the sun.
Currently, for voyages that are one to five-nights in duration, final payment is due 90 days prior to sailing for non-concierge suites. Cancellation without penalty and full refund of your deposit can be done any time before the pay-in-full date (90 days ahead) as seen on the
terms and conditions. If you are considering having another Guest in your travel party, it would be best to add them when you initially make your reservation and then cancel if necessary. This guarantees the best rate for all Guests and also ensure availability. Guests can typically be added to a reservation later, but when you do that, the current rate applies. But, please be sure to confirm this with Disney Cruise Line or your travel agent when making the reservation as policy is always subject to change without notice.
One of my favorite things about cruising with Disney is the unique rotational dining system. Guests get the opportunity to experience all the main dining rooms (assuming a voyage three-nights or longer) and the different menus for those restaurants. And the best part is that your phenomenal dining room servers follow you from restaurant to restaurant each night! So not only will you see some friendly faces at dinner each night, but they quickly get to know all your favorites and will have things ready and waiting for you when you arrive each night for dinner service.
As you continue planning for your own magical adventure, please come back with any other questions you may have!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
