Hello. We are looking at booking the hotel grand November 7-9 with the VIP tour on November 8th. Can someone help me book

    Hi Bree,

Thanks for visiting planDisney! I’m happy to give you some advice on how to start booking your magical vacation.

If you're looking to book a stay at the Grand Californian, I recommend reaching out to the Walt Disney Travel Company to book a vacation package. This complimentary service connects you with a helpful Cast Member who can assist in booking a Disneyland Resort vacation package. Your package can include both your hotel stay and theme park tickets (subject to availability). You can reach the Walt Disney Travel Company at (714) 520-5060. They are open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST.

Once your vacation is booked, you can begin arranging your VIP Tour. These tours are customizable based on your group’s needs. You’ll be assigned a Tour Coordinator who can help you pre-plan major parts of your visit and adjust plans on the fly once you're in the parks. VIP Tours include assistance with dining reservations, access to reserved seating for nighttime entertainment (such as fireworks, parades, and World of Color), and Lightning Lane access (subject to availability). Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase exclusive VIP Tour merchandise, such as a VIP Loungefly bag, Minnie ears, or a Spirit Jersey.

To make a VIP Tour reservation, you can email DisneylandVIPTours@disney.com or call (714) 300-7710. Bree, keep in mind that VIP Tours require a minimum of 7 hours and a maximum of 10 hours. Also keep in mind that the price of a VIP tour can be a minimum of $500 a hour (prices subject to change). While this can be a significant financial commitment, it truly makes you feel like a celebrity!

If you're simply looking to reduce your wait times, consider purchasing a Lightning Lane Multi Pass for your party. This option allows you to make reservations for popular attractions and enjoy much shorter wait times. The cost starts at $32 per day, per ticket.

I hope this information helps with your vacation planning, Bree! If you have any more questions or need help with any other part of your trip, feel free to reach out to me or one of my fellow planDisney panelists. We’d love to share more tips and ideas to add a little pixie dust magic to your vacation.

    Happy planning!
