We are looking to book a trip for 9 people (3 families) from June 6-10. What is the best way to book this trip? We are finding it hard to find rooms for us.

Hey, Brian! How fun it is to be planning ahead for a summer vacation in 2022! There’s no time like the present to look ahead and be excited for better times to come.

When it comes to booking a trip for three families, the best course of action often is to book separate rooms for each smaller group. For example, two and three-bedroom Villas at Walt Disney World would accommodate everyone in your party. Still, you may instead choose to book three separate rooms, one for each family, and have a larger array of Disney Resort Hotels to choose from as a result. The way to accomplish this is to make each booking individually, one Resort Hotel room at a time. During the booking process, you can specify that you would like the rooms to be near one another. You can also reiterate this request by calling Disney Reservations after your booking.

Before you book, make sure that each Guest traveling is listed within your Friends & Family list so that you can place them in their Resort Hotel rooms during booking. Plus, this allows the adults in your party to view and modify travel plans as you see fit! This is all accomplished via your My Disney Experience account. Of course, you can also call and book via telephone with Disney Reservations if you would rather!

Brian, thanks so much for stopping by to see us. I hope that this advice helps you begin the reservations process and that you come back and see us again anytime we can help! It would be our pleasure.

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Clara
