I am looking to book a trip for May 2026 and I can see I can book for then if I book a hotel package but if I want to just buy tickets without accommodation then I can’t get tickets past March 2026. Why is this?

    Welcome to planDisney, Sophie!

Thanks for stopping by with your question about Disneyland Paris. I'm always delighted to hear a fellow American Mouseketeer is headed across the Atlantic to make magical memories of their own! I actually just returned from a Disneyland Paris vacation myself, and I can assure you it is absolutely worth the journey. Some of my favorite Disneyland Paris exclusives included Walt's - an American restaurant, Alice's Curious Labyrinth, La Tanière du Dragon, and Disney Tales of Magic. You also won't want to skip Big Thunder Mountain and Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain, as they offer a remarkably unique take on two beloved Disney classics. Of course, before you can enjoy a stroll down Main Street, U.S.A. and through Sleeping Beauty Castle to all of the magic that awaits, you'll need to secure theme park admission, so let's talk tickets!

As you mentioned, theme park tickets purchased as part of a Disneyland Paris Hotel+Tickets Package are currently available for booking through March 2027, but standalone theme park tickets can only be purchased for visits through March 2026. While I'm sure you would like to go ahead and secure your tickets, this staggered booking availability for vacation packages and theme park tickets is actually typical for Disneyland Paris, so it's not cause for concern. While we don't yet know the exact date theme park tickets for visits beyond March 2026 will be released, the trends of previous years indicate this could possibly happen in November. Of course, this is purely my speculation, so I encourage you to keep an eye on the Disneyland Paris website and official social media profiles if you'd like to be one of the first to know when the news drops. Regardless of when you purchase your tickets, I highly suggest doing so directly through the Disneyland Paris website so that you can take advantage of the flexible booking policy.

I hope this clears things up for you, Sophie, and that you're able to say 'See Ya Real Soon' to Disneyland Paris. If you'd like any additional suggestions for your upcoming visit, feel free to stop back by planDisney. You've got a friend in me!
