Hi Ellen,
Welcome to planDisney! How amazing, you’re planning a great, big, beautiful Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
First, I suggest reaching out to the
Group Reservations desk if you’re booking 10 or more Disney Resorts Collection rooms. Before you call though, you’ll want to gather everyone’s thoughts on where they’d like to stay. Are they looking for more of a Value Resort experience at a hotel like
Disney’s All-Star Music Resort or a Deluxe Villa Resort experience at
The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa? There are many
Disney Resorts Collection hotels to choose from, so make sure to take some time and browse through your options. If you aren’t booking 10 or more rooms, Hakuna Matata, you’ll just book your hotel rooms via My Disney Experience
online.
The next thing you’ll want to do is figure out which Theme Parks you’ll be going to and how many days you’d like to be in them. Would you rather be in the Theme Parks every single day or do you want to have a couple of Resort days to enjoy your hotel amenities? And remember, everyone in the party can choose the
ticket options that work the best for them!
Once your tickets are booked, you can reserve your
Disney Park Passes which are combined with your Theme Park tickets for entry. You’ll also want to take a look at the
Enchanted Extras Collection for some fun opportunities to do things like tours and firework dessert parties. This could be a great way to come together and see Walt Disney World Resort in a new way!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you begin planning your party’s trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any other vacation or planning questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
