We are looking to book a trip for our Grand Daughters 4th birthday. I tried to make a reservation for the All Star Movie resort and it would not let me select a room type. We need two queen beds.

Hi there Rhonda, and welcome to planDisney!

Lights, camera, VACATION! How exciting to be whisking your granddaughter on a magical adventure. Don't forget to stop by the front desk upon arrival to pick up some celebration pins in honor of her special birthday! Disney's All-Star Movies Resort is a great choice for little ones. My four-year-old Mouseketeer is a big fan of 101 Dalmatians and Toy Story, and both are displayed prominently in this delightful resort. The larger-than-life film icons are so much fun for kids to see and enjoy. Make sure to snap some photos of her with her favorites!

After a recent refurbishment, all Guest rooms at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort feature either one Queen Bed and one a Queen-Size Table Bed or one King Bed. Since you'll be traveling as a party of 3, your family will be assigned a room with two Queen Beds. Hakuna Matata! If you are hoping to stay in a specific section of the resort, there will be a place note that during online check-in. Requests aren't guaranteed, but I find that Cast Members do their best to make magic happen.

I hope you have a star-studded time on your trip this summer, Rhonda! My family and I will be visiting that same month, and we can't wait. Before you blast off to infinity and beyond, check out these tips and Panel Extras on getting the family involved in the planning process and fun ways to count down the final days until vacation. Thanks for coming to see us at planDisney, and we can't wait to welcome you home real soon.

    Have a magical day!
