Hello, I am looking to book a trip to disneyland at the end of January. We would like to stay two nights at the grand californian and have two connecting rooms. One of them a suite or something with a living room. We only need tickets for Disneyland

Hello there!  Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your great planning question.

How exciting that you're ready to book a trip to the "Happiest Place on Earth!"  Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is one of our favorite places to stay during our trips.  You cannot beat the beautiful craftsman style decor throughout the hotel, as well as the close proximity to both theme parks and the Downtown Disney District.

If you'd like to bundle your theme park tickets and hotel stay together, I highly recommend booking a Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Package.  You can conveniently book your hotel room and select your theme park tickets with the options that best fit your family all together in one package.  Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa does offer several types of suites, and the availability will depend on your travel dates.  To request connecting rooms, I do recommend calling the Vacation Package Guest Services line to make the request, and you can also call closer to your arrival date.  There are no guarantees, but Cast Members will make best efforts to assist you.

Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa has wonderful dining options right on-site to enjoy!  We love to grab a quick bite at GCH Craftsman Grill, their menu has something for everyone in our family, but we love to dine at Storytellers Cafe for Mickey's Tales of Adventure Breakfast Buffet.  Not only do you receive a delicious meal, but you'll get to see some of your favorite Disney pals while you dine during breakfast!  It's a great option for a non-park day to still enjoy some Disney magic.

Best of luck booking your magical vacation!  If you think of any other questions we can help with, please come back to planDisney and ask.

    Have a magical day!
