Hi Gilon,
Welcome to planDisney!
It looks like you will be on your way to the Walt Disney World® Resort in just a few short weeks! We need to get your family member connected in your Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. It sounds like you may need to just send him an
invitation to connect through the Family & Friends List. If your family member has a MyDisney account, you should be able to send a invitation to connect to the email he uses that is associated with that account. Be sure to select the option to share all plans. Once you are connected, just be sure his ticket is linked to his profile.
Once you are connected in the Family & Friends List, you can make sure his ticket shows as linked. From the website, click on My Disney Experience and then click on My Plans. Scroll down and click on Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker. From there, you should be able to see your Family & Friends with whom you are sharing plans. Using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, just log into the app, click on My Tickets & Passes and you should be able to see your Family & Friends with whom you are sharing plans.
If his ticket is not showing as linked, he will need to link it in his MyDisney account. From the website, he will need to go to My Disney Experience and click on My Plans. Then click on the plus sign to Add More Plans. From there, click on the option to Link Reservations and Purchases. If using the mobile app, click on My Tickets & Passes and then click on the plus sign to Link Tickets & Passes.
Gilon, I hope this helps! Of course, if none of that works, you can always call to speak to a cast member in Website Support. In the past, they have been able to help me with challenges in linking tickets. In the meantime, be sure to take a few minutes to check out all that
Tiana's Bayou Adventure has to offer. In the spirit of Tiana, I have to say, you are
almost there!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
