Looking to book @ Poly, lagoon/theme park view, Tahiti or Hawaii bldg. How distracting are the crowds who come to watch fireworks from the beach who are not Poly hotel guests? There seem to be a lot of suggestions to do that - are beaches overwhelmed? Thx

    Hi Leslie!

A lot of people, including me, recommend it, but most guests actually never do it!  I've been to the beach at the Polynesian to watch the fireworks many time.  The only time it is ever crowded is on special occasions such as July 4th, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve (and maybe the night before when Disney does a "rehearsal" of the Magic Kingdom fireworks).  Even then there's still plenty of room the stand on the beach.  You shouldn't have any problems with crowds else where in the resort, even on those nights!

The Polynesian is a beautiful and very romantic resort.  It's a great place to call "home" while visiting Walt Disney World.   Write back if you have any more questions!
