I am looking to book the O'hana dining experience for my family. If we are staying off resort, do we need anything special to book it at the 60 day out mark? And just to confirm, the character experience is only at breakfast dinner

Hey there, Sarah, and welcome to planDisney!

'Ohana means family, and family means nobody gets left behind, especially at the breakfast table of this beloved Walt Disney World Resort staple. Staying off property shouldn't cost you that Advanced Dining Reservation with your family. All you need is the 60-day booking window before your dining date to open and your My Disney Experience app. Just search your restaurant of choice, choose Reserve Dining, select your party size, the date, and the time you'll want to dig into your delicious meal. Follow the rest of the prompts until that reservation is yours.

While this particular eatery offers both breakfast and dinner, if you're looking for a Character Dining Experience, breakfast is going to be your time to shine. In honor of the tropical island theme, Lilo and Stitch are the stars of this party with appearances by other friends. On my last visit, we also said aloha to Mickey in his Hawaiian gear and Pluto, too!

Sarah, I hope I've been able to put your mind at ease. Enjoy your breakfast and remember to come back and see me if you have any other questions.

    Happy planning!
