Looking to book an Oct 2013 stay. If there should be free dining offered, what would be the approx cost to upgrade to a table service level if staying at a budget hotel? And does Pop Century share bus service with other hotels?

    Hi KC!
I love visiting Walt Disney World during October, one of my main reasons is the International Food and Wine Festival.  Here's a little tip, this is the best way to use those snack credits on the dining plan.
Since it hasn't been released if the free dining promotion will be offered this year, I will just tell you the way it has historically been handled.  Remember to check with a cast member if this promotion should become available for this year.
In previous years it has been allowed for you to pay the difference to upgrade to the regular dining plan if you were staying in one of Disney's Value Resorts.  Based on this year's price for the Dining Plan it would cost $18.01 (per adult/per night plus tax) and $2.84 (per child/per night plus tax) to upgrade from the Quick Service Dining Plan to the Regular Dining Plan.
As of right now POP Century does not share buses with any other resorts, this is one of the reasons that it has been my favorite Value Resort.  Remember this can also be subject to change based on the needs of the guests and attendance levels.  Thank you for visiting us at Disney Parks Moms Panel and we are always thrilled to answer your questions!

    Enjoy your "Disney Time!"
