Hey, howdy, hey, Louise! I'm so glad you stopped by planDisney with your question.
Louise, how exciting that you'll be saying farewell to summer at the Walt Disney World Resort. One of the reasons my family continues to vacation year after year at the Most Magical Place on Earth is because there is so much to see and do outside of the parks! Sometimes I love to just browse through
the Enchanting Extras collection to see what new experience or adventure might be the perfect addition to our next trip.
Now, Louise,
Horseback Riding at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campgrounds is sure to be a Magical experience, so let's make sure you have the best chance to score a reservation. I'm sorry to hear that you aren't able to book online. In this case, I'll encourage you to
call the Tours line and speak with a Cast Member about booking. Please make sure before you book to review the requirements of this adventure and think about transportation to
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campgrounds. If you are
not staying at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campgrounds, likely the easiest way to access the
Tri-Circle-D Ranch is to make your way to Magic Kingdom Park and then use
the water taxi over to Fort Wilderness Resort & Campgrounds. You'll find the horse barn in the Settlement section of the resort, which is close to the marina.
Louise, I hope this helps as you're dreaming about exploring nature from the back of a horse. I'll be crossing my fingers that a friendly Cast Member is able to make your reservations over the phone and you can channel your inner Woody as he rode with his best pal, Bullseye!
Please come on back to planDisney with any additional questions.
Ride like the wind!
Lauren
