Ashley from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Looking to book Goofy's kitchen on Friday 12/6. When does it open up? Will there be Christmas dining opportunities in park (Disneyland) on 12/7 soon?

    Hello, Ashley!

Thank you for stopping by planDisney. My family enjoyed the Halloween festivities at Goofy's Kitchen last week. Goofy certainly knows how to celebrate a holiday with fun and food!

"Goofy's Kitchen Celebrates the Holidays!" begins on November 19, 2024. It looks so cute! I spoke with a Cast Member a couple of weeks ago about this special meal, and she said that sometimes reservations for new offerings are not available until 1-2 weeks before the event's opening date. However, my family member recently booked dining reservations at Goofy's Kitchen for the first weekend of December. It is a popular dining experience, and reservations may already be full for your preferred dates. I suggest checking the website at least twice daily in case more reservations become available.

While checking the website, also keep an eye out for reservations for the new Mickey's Holiday Pajama Party breakfast and brunch at Storytellers Cafe in Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Holiday food will be served, and the Disney Characters will wear pajamas! How cute is that?? I can only find dinner reservations for December at the moment, so morning reservations may not be available yet. Both Goofy's Kitchen and Storytellers Cafe offer delicious food and fun character interactions. You can't go wrong!

Make sure to check out the holiday decor in the Disneyland Resort hotels. One of my most favorite memories is snuggling up with my oldest child with a cup of hot cocoa in front of the beautiful gingerbread house in Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. It is my favorite hotel during the holidays!

Ashley, I hope you can enjoy one of the holiday meals at Disneyland Resort during your visit! Please reach out to planDisney again if you have other questions.

    Happy holidays!
