looking to book a 4 day stay at Pop Century for 2 end of May 2012. a little confused on payments. after I make a deposit when is the full payment due? upon arrival or 45 days prior to? keep reading conflicting answers. thanks! :)

    Hi there Julie!

A Walt Disney World resort hotel room-only phone reservation requires a deposit of one night's room rate within 7 days of the booking and then, final payment is due at check-in. You can cancel or change your reservation up to 5 days prior to check-in without penalty. If you book online at Disney World.com, then you pay the deposit immediately at booking and can change or cancel your reservation up to 6 days prior to check-in without penalty.

A Magic Your Way Vacation Package requires a $200 deposit and then, final payment of the remaining balance is due at 45 days prior to check-in. Any changes made less than 45 days prior to your check-in date that result in a lower package price, like applying a discount code, will require a $50 fee.

Thanks for taking the time to visit us at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to send more questions our way in the days leading up to your trip! May your Disney vacation be practically perfect in every way!
