Looking to book an up coming cruise, I have an on board purchased PlaceHolder. How do i use it when booking Online? or is the only way to use it over the phone? Can I put a room on Hold( 3 days before deposite required) and then call to use it?

Ahoy there Shawn, and welcome to planDisney! I encourage my family and friends to purchase the Onboard Booking Offer while on board Disney Cruise Line for a future sailing that starts within 24 months of purchasing the offer. I am glad that you took advantage of this great deal!

You will need to call Disney Cruise Line directly to book a cruise using your offer. You can still place a 3-day hold on your choice of itinerary before your deposit is due. Then, you will have the flexibility of paying any amount whenever you want up until your final payment due date.

Did you hear that the new summer 2025 itineraries have been released? Depending on your Castaway Cay membership level, you can book before the general public on March 22, 2204. One exciting new thing this year is sailings to Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, a new Port of Call in The Bahamas, which offers family fun and adult escapes. Also, the Disney Treasure sets sail in December 2024. I am excited to see the live show Disney The Tale of Moana and ride the AquaMouse!
