I am looking to book a club level room at the Wilderness Lodge and wondering about the help you receive with dining reservations and being able to get reservations that we would not be able to get on our own?

Hi Elizabeth! It is exciting to know you will be enjoying the Club Level at the wonderful Wilderness Lodge. It is a favorite among many Disney guests as its atmosphere is so peaceful and special.

You will get personal concierge service when staying on the Club Level which will include assistance in making dining reservations. However, if there is something you wish to get I always suggest you attempt that yourself. Don't wait for them to make contact with you but instead get in touch before your 180 day reservation date. Have your list of what you will want to get for dining and give that to them. They will then be able to make your reservations for you versus you having to be on line or on the phone.

If you have not been able to get something and it's past the 180 day date it might be difficult for the concierge to find availability especially if it is for a large party. But they can often find magic and can get things done so never give up on a dream and go for it!
