Hi Jessica,
Welcome to planDisney!
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort holds special memories for my husband and me! It was one of the first resorts we stayed at before we brought our girls on their first trip. You will be happy to know that you can make some room and/or building requests when completing
Online Check-In. When I have been unable to make a specific request when doing Online Check-In, I have
contacted a Cast Member by phone and they have been able to add the request to our reservation.
We also sign up for text and email alerts when doing Online Check-In. When I get the text message that says our room is ready, I always check it against a resort map to see if our requests have been granted. If not, I call the number in the text message to speak with someone directly about the room request. Often, we have been granted our requests. Sometimes, we had to choose between waiting for a room to be available that fulfilled our requests or accepting a room that was available sooner. You will have to check your schedule and decide if your room requests take priority over the ability to check-in quickly when you arrive.
As you make plans, consider the
dining options at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. We always make at least one
advanced dining reservation at our resort during our stay.
Sebastian's Bistro is a lovely option. Check out the restaurant's menu from their home page. Just click on View Menu. With access to the
Disney Skyliner, you will have efficient transportation to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios.
Jessica, as you plan, start thinking about your dining options. Currently, the
advanced dining reservation window allows Guests to make reservations 60-days in advance. Gather your crew, make that room request, and keep planning the magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
