    Hi, I am looking to book breakfast reservations for chef Mickey for 5/5/22. Is there a specific time this will open. It seems like no matter what, if you look 60 days out there are never reservations available. Thank you

    Thank you for bringing such an important question to us today. You know that your Disney vacation is just around the corner when it is time to make your Advanced Dining Reservations.

    I am so sorry that you are having difficulty securing a reservation for one of my favorite Character Dining experiences. Chef Mickey’s is not only extremely popular, but the food is scrumptious too. I cannot think of a better way to start your day.

    The online Advanced Dining Reservation system opens at 6:00 A.M. EST every day. Anyone wishing to book their reservations over the phone with a Cast Member can call starting at 7:00 A.M. While dining experiences are a little bit different during the phased reopening, some locations may still have limited availability.

    Guests of select Disney Resorts Collection hotels can begin to make their reservations 60 days in advance of their arrival for the entire length of their stay, up to 10 days. I have discovered that when I try to make reservations early in my trip, the popular locations are booked up. I always try to book the most popular locations towards the end of my trip to give me more options.

    I encourage you to keep checking back for a reservation. Sometimes the plans of other Guests will change and they will cancel a reservation, sometimes even a few days before their arrival. I have been able to get last-minute dining reservations at some of my favorite restaurants like Yak & Yeti in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
