    Hi, We are looking to book Aug 24 to 31, however the Free DP (for Canadians) only starts on the 26th. I am thinking about booking this as two reservations in order to get the free DP. Does this make sense? Will it be easy to do? Other suggestions?

    Hi Kelly!

    Indeed, the Free Dining Offer for us Canadians is valid for arrivals most nights August 26th through September 15th, 2012.

    If you're set on the dates of August 24-31, your best bet to take advantage of the Free Dining Offer would be to reserve two separate Magic Your Way Holidays. This is easily done, and a Cast Member would be happy to assist you with the process if you call in at (407) 939-7675.

    You can either reserve a Room Only stay for the first 2 nights, followed by a Magic Your Way Vacation Package including Park Tickets and the free Disney Dining Plan for the following 5 nights. Should you choose to reserve this way, keep in mind that on the 24th and 25th of August you won't have park tickets or dining plans in place. You'd easily be able to keep busy and entertained by visiting your resort pool, the shops and entertainment of Downtown Disney or even booking some special events for your family such as the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage for one of your first evenings.

    On the morning of the 26th, you'll just need to make a quick visit to the front desk to check out and in and receive your new Key To The World Cards which will contain your Disney Dining Plan, Park Tickets and everything else you need for the rest of your magical stay!

    Should you want to have park access and dining included in your first two nights of stay, you can of course have that as well! A Cast Member will review options, pricing and availability with you when you call. Be sure to remind the Front Desk upon your first check-in that you have a continuing reservation and that you'd prefer not to have to switch rooms.
