Hi, Cortney!
What a great idea!
I create something like this when we travel both in a large group or just the four of us; it helps when everyone knows what's going on without having to ask the organizer all of the time! (And it's good to have a copy in each room, as well.)
There are some wonderful calendars you might like to try at Spoonful.com, an official Disney site that's filled with lots of family-friendly craft items. I entered "calendars" into their search bar and found lots that would work for you.
On the other hand, if you have smart phones, there's a great electronic option for you, too, via
My Disney Experience. You can enter all of your plans on the website, then set it up so that everyone in your party can see those plans, too, from their smart phones. If anyone doesn't have a smart phone, you can just print the details prior to your departure. (I'm a nut; I print daily itineraries for the girls I chaperone on our 400+ high school senior class trip to WDW, then laminate them for durability. Haven't lost a kid yet! :-) )
No matter which you use, happy planning, Cortney! Send more questions as you think of them; we love to help!
