Looking for the best restaurants at Disney Springs to accommodate mild food allergies (gluten, soy, dairy, shrimp). I've had great experiences at Morimoto and Planet Hollywood but can't find allergy info online anymore!

Welcome to planDisney, Lauren! It’s always a pleasure to assist a fellow Floridian with some magical Disney planning.

I’m so glad you stopped by with this question because, as a mom to a son with food allergies, I totally get how important it is to find a meal that’s not just delicious but also safe. And let me tell you, the Walt Disney World Resort really does set the bar when it comes to accommodating food allergies. And Disney Springs is a foodie paradise with plenty of great options!

Since you’ve already had great experiences at Morimoto Asia and Planet Hollywood, you’re off to a delightful start. But let’s add some more delicious stops to your Disney Springs dining adventure! One of my son’s absolute favorites is Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza. Not only do they offer a gluten-free crust and dairy-free cheese, but their team is super mindful about cross-contamination. It’s a great, quick, and customizable option. And no arguing about pizza toppings with the rest of the fam since the pies are a generous single portion.

If you’re wanting more of a sit-down, nice dinner Table-Service option, The BOATHOUSE is always a standout! The chefs take allergies seriously and can help create a safe and scrumptious meal. And if you’re in the mood for dinner and a show, Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant is the SPOT! Bonus, they offer a rare gem: gluten-free fish and chips. Pair that with their iconic live music, and you’ve got yourself a magical dining experience.

And because every great meal deserves a sweet ending, Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC is an absolute must. Their treats are completely gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free, so you can indulge with confidence.

Since allergy menus aren’t always posted online anymore, I always recommend letting your server know about your allergies when you arrive. And if you ever have any concerns, a chef will gladly come out to chat and customize your meal to fit your needs.

I hope this info helps you as you plan for a magical, safe, and totally delicious dining experience at Disney Springs! And if you discover a new favorite, you might just have to let me know what you pick so I can try it next time, too! And of course if any more planning questions pop up, please don’t hesitate to stop by. We’re always hEAR to help!
