Hi Tara,
Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. This is a really fun question for me. My family loves the variety of food available at Walt Disney World.
In Magic Kingdom, for traditional fare, I enjoy
Columbia Harbour House. The food here includes healthy and delicious options such as the lighthouse sandwich, which includes hummus on mulitgrain bread, and some great salad options. For a unique twist on counter service dining at Magic Kingdom, check out
Sleepy Hollow Refreshments, which has both sweet and savory waffle offerings.
At Epcot, my go quick service to is
Sunshine Seasons. It has multiple windows with fresh food, much of which has been grown right in the Land pavilion's greenhouses. For another great and flavorful option, try the
Tangerine Cafe in the Morocco pavilion. Offerings here include a shawarma chicken platter and and Mediterranean falafel wrap.
The
ABC Commissary at Disney's Hollywood Studios has a wide variety of options, including some Asian-inspired fare. At Disney's Animal Kingdom, try
Flame Tree Barbecue for a yummy meal.
