Looking for the best buffet to go to with the dining plan. Which one is recommended?

Hello Krystin and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love the buffets at Walt Disney World because there are so many to choose from and some even have Character Dining Experiences on offer. My son is a picky eater so I always plan on using some Table-Service credits on buffet or family-style meals. There is something for everyone at a Walt Disney World buffet and the best part is you can eat as much as you like! Here are my suggestions for buffet meals:

*Chef Mickey's- This restaurant has a high-energy atmosphere along with carved-to-order meats and some really amazing mango barbecue pork ribs. This is also a Character Dining Experience where the Fab Five, (Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald and Pluto) will come around for hugs, photos and autographs. For my family, no vacation is complete without dinner at Chef Mickey's.

*The Crystal Palace- This would be a great place for a breakfast buffet. Breakfast includes many options such as Mickey waffles, made-to-order omelets, and some delicious breakfast potatoes. Winnie the Pooh and his Hundred-Acre Wood pals all come around to say good morning during your meal, except of course, Tigger bounces over.

*Tusker House- If you have adventurous eaters, I would take them to this African-inspired buffet. The Spit-Roasted Chicken and Basmati Rice are absolutely delicious. There is also a great dessert selection including my favorite, the Banana-Cinnamon Bread Pudding. You can get a picture with Safari Donald and his pals dressed in safari attire.

Those are my top three, but 'Ohana, Boma, and 1900 Park Fare are also great buffet choices.

If you need anything else, please let us know. Have a magical vacation!
