    We are looking at going back to Disney for the second time Feb 17-21, 2011. How crowded will it be? We went spring break (week of Easter) in 2010, how will the crowds compare?

    Jennifer, generally February is going to be a much better month crowd wise for a visit to Walt Disney World.  You give up warmer temperatures by going this early in the year but the spring break crowds can become over bearing when the lines get too long.  This will be the Presidents Weekend but comparing it to the Easter weekend it should still not even come close to the crowds you experienced. I suggest you do as much as possible concerning the most popular attractions on the 17th and 18th before the weekend crowd descends on the parks.  Have a plan in place and definitely get some dining reservations.  I am sure you will enjoy another great Disney vacation!
