Looking for availability for Rose and Crown either for lunch or dinner any time from 27 th July. Not even shown on MDE. Are they closed? Is there any packages available?

    Hiya Susan,

Welcome to planDisney! I am so excited that you are here and have brought your planning question to us today. I love talking about Disney dining, so seeing your question definitely put a smile on my face this morning.

I’m sorry to hEAR that you are experiencing difficulty securing a reservation for Rose and Crown. I’m sure that is a little frustrating, but I want you to have a “practically perfect in every way” vacation this summer, so I hope I can help you sort it out. I did a little digging, and Rose and Crown is still open July 27th from 11:30 am-9:00 pm EST, and it appears to be true into August.

I’m not sure exactly why it was not showing up in My Disney Experience for you. One reason could be that all of the reservations for Rose and Crown had been booked when you checked, or the dining reservation window had not yet opened. In my experience, if you check earlier than 5:45 am EST for dining reservations at the start of your 60-day booking window, the reservations show as unavailable. The system is designed to magically reveal the reservations starting at 5:45 am EST and no earlier. So if you happened to try before that, you were likely to see no availability. I recommend checking back to see if anything has appeared. Of course, the other option is that the reservations have been filled for the days you are looking for, but as Guests change their plans over the next few months, you are likely to see a Rose and Crown dining reservation re-appear. I know it is definitely not ideal, but I recommend checking back as frequently as possible to see if anything has opened up. I’ve gotten some of the most sought-after reservations this way.

To answer your second question, yes, Rose and Crown is also still offering a fireworks dining package that allows you to enjoy a spectacular dinner on the patio and enjoy the awe-inspiring Disney’s Harmonious. I’m definitely a little biased, but Disney’s Harmonious is my favorite nighttime spectacular right now, so it is a must-see. To check availability and reserve your spot check out this link.

I hope this was helpful, Susan! I hope you have the most magical vacation! If you need anything else, please come back and see us.

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
