Hello Elizabeth, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great question.
It sounds like you are doing a great job of planning a future trip and keeping a close eye on those park hours. Disney’s Hollywood Studios is one of my favorite theme parks at the Walt Disney World Resort and I love spending as much time there as possible so I can fit in all of my favorite rides, shows, and attractions. When you are looking at a
Park Hours Calendar, the hours you see posted are the actual time that the park closes. This is when all the ride queues close. Anyone still in line will be able to ride, however, no one else can get in line.
Fantasmic! begins at 8:00 p.m. and you will not want to miss this amazing journey into Mickey’s imagination and discover if good can triumph over evil during this 30-minute live action and pyrotechnic spectacular in an 8,000 seat theater. Keep in mind this show is performed on select nights and is subject to change or be canceled due to weather.
Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular begins at 8:30 p.m. and is from a galaxy far, far away. This show includes state-of-the-art, out-of-this-world lasers, fireworks and image projection along with an award-winning soundtrack from Jedi Master Composer John Williams! This event is also subject to change or cancellation due to inclement weather. For updated showtimes, see a “Times Guide” or Cast Member for more information. If you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.
May the Force be with you,
Andrea
