I am looking for an affordable vacation package. My children are 9,7 and 2 they love waterparks. I am looking for a hotel that has a waterpark. What would you recommend?

Well, Courtney, there are two fabulous water parks at Walt Disney World, though neither of them are part of a resort hotel.  Both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach have lots of slides and water play areas for guests of all ages.  My personal preference is for Typhoon Lagoon because I love the tropical feel there.  Since your children are water fans, I would suggest that you consider a stay at Disney's Beach Club.  While the pool there isn't quite a water park, it is huge!  Your family could easily spend one or more days lounging poolside and playing in the water.  There is even one part of the pool that has a sandy bottom just like the beach.  It's definitely the next best thing to an actual water park.  I hope that helps!
