Looking for advice on where to spend last 2 nights of our trip - staying seven at beach club and wondering if should stay on there or try GF for last 2 nights. Me, hubbie and 6 yr old little boy. V excited about slide and pool at BC. Would he enjoy GF?

    Hi Alana,

A week at Disney's Beach Club Resort followed by two more nights at another Walt Disney World Resort sounds great! At Disney's Beach Club Resort, Stormalong Bay is a wonderful pool area, complete with a sand-bottomed pool, a lazy river, and a fabulous waterslide. Personally, I love the Victorian elegance and charm of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. It has lovely pools, one of which does have a waterslide. There is also a water play area themed to Alice in Wonderland. The pools are quite nice; however, after the expansive Stormalong Bay, they may seem a little small. One great benefit of staying at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is location. It is right on the monorail loop and thus has easy access to Magic Kingdom.

Let me offer a couple of other suggestions as to where you might like to stay for your last two of nights of vacation. You might consider Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. This would be a total change from Disney's Beach Club resort, and you would be able to see many exotic animals out of nearly every window at the resort.  I think it would make a nice complement to your stay at Disney's Beach Club Resort. Another possibility is Disney's Art of Animation Resort. The theme there is larger than life and really immerses you in the animation process. The pools are amazing, including the Cozy Cone Pool and the Big Blue Pool, which is the biggest resort pool at Walt Disney World.

I think that the final decision on where to spend the last couple of days of your vacation comes down to the personal taste of your unique family, Alana. I hope that the thoughts here were helpful, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions!
