Hello Abbie,
Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for bringing us such an important question.
Like all technology, it's only great when it works! And of course, that applies to any Android or Apple device, My Disney Experience, the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, and the
Disney MagicMobile Service too.
Abbie, as I'm not able to access your My Disney Experience account, or know what Apple device your using, it's really tricky to understand exactly why thus far you've been unsuccessful in adding a
Disney MagicMobile Pass to your Apple wallet. However, what I can explain is that Guests wishing to utilise the services of Disney MagicMobile will need to ensure they are -
- Signed in to a valid
My Disney Experience account
- Have valid
Disney Theme Park Tickets successfully linked to their My Disney Experience account
- Their
Apple device has the latest version of iOS or watchOS - They are signed in via Apple ID to their iCloud (with 2-factor authentication enabled)
Abbie, it's also possible to enter a Disney Theme Park with a valid Disney Theme Park Ticket linked to My Disney Experience (and with a
Disney Park Pass reservation) by linking to a
MagicBand. A plethora of
MagicBand designs can be purchased upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort from almost any merchandise location on Disney property.Plus, Guests can request a physical Disney Theme Park Ticket or Key to the World Card as they're sometimes called by taking their Will Call eTicket voucher and a valid form of photo ID (such as a passport or driver's license) to any Disney Theme Park entrance ticket booth, or by simply visiting the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. I hope that I've been able to provide some useful guidance for you today Abbie. If you should happen to have any further questions, then please do drop back to
me here at planDisney! I'm always happy to help a fellow British Guest wherever possible.
Have a great Disney day ~
Jane
