Hey there Melissa,
Oh no! Please don’t worry, I do have few suggestions that may help. First, let's determine what
type of ticket you purchased. 1-Day Tickets are divided into Tiers, so you may not be available to reserve the date you wish, because it may be a
blockout date. If that is the case, I suggest calling the
Ticket Service line to upgrade your ticket. A Cast Member will be more than happy to assist you with this. I do recommend checking the
Theme Park Availability calendar, once more, before completing the upgrade.
If ticket blockout days are not the problem, I suggest that you continue to frequently check the
Theme Park Reservation system. You may get lucky and pick up a last-minute reservation for the date you want. Melissa, please keep in mind that unfortunately, Theme Park tickets are nonrefundable. If your schedule is flexible, you may want to consider scheduling your visit for a different date. The good news is, your ticket should have a later
expiration date, so you do have some time to use it before it expires.
Without knowing the specifics of your ticket, I hope these suggestions help you plan for your visit, Melissa. If you find that you need further assistance, please be sure to give the
Disneyland Resort a call.
Thanks again for
visiting us, have a Magical day!
-Shantel
