How do I look up my tickets I purchased and reservations I made for theme parks in my account?

Hello and welcome, Connie. Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.

Do you have the MyDisneyExperience app downloaded to your smartphone, Connie? If not, I highly suggest it. I find that it is so user-friendly and makes finding tickets and reservations super easy. I typically use it for all of my vacation planning needs at home and at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks.

If you have the app, go ahead and open that up and log in if prompted. To find your tickets, you are then going to the menu button which is the three horizontal blue lines on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. This will pop up a menu and then you'll select the "Tickets and Passes" option. Here is where you'll be able to see all of the tickets for you and anyone else you are connected to via the friends and family list. Now, to see the park pass reservations you've made using the MyDisneyExperience app, you are going to want to head to the homepage of the app and scroll down. Below some information like the park hours and information, you should be able to see the first park pass reservation that you have made. Underneath the park pass reservation, you are going to see an option to view all of "My Plans" and you will want to select that. This will pull up your itinerary and all of the park pass reservations you have selected.

If you don't want to use the app, this can be done via a computer as well. You'll log in to your MyDisneyExperience account. There are a few ways to find the information but the easiest is to just scroll down. You'll come to a section titled, "My Plans, Reservations & Tickets". There you should be able to see your daily itinerary and park pass reservations listed out for you. To view your tickets, you'll need to toggle over to the "Tickets & Memory Maker" option that is directly under the "My Plans, Reservations & Tickets" title on that section. This will pull up all of your tickets for the people you are connected to.

I hope you will give the app a try, Connie. It's extremely user-friendly and my go-to with anything planning-related. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach back out and ask me. I'm here to help.

    Happy planning!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
