When you purchased your
Theme Park Tickets on the
My Disney Experience mobile app, you should have received a confirmation email. That email should include the ID Code for each ticket that you purchased. To link your Theme Park Tickets to your My Disney Experience account, click on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom corner of the My Disney Experience mobile app. Select "Link to Account" and then "Link Tickets or Passes." There you can enter the ID Code listed in the confirmation email you received. After you've entered the ID Code, you can assign the ticket to yourself or a member of your travel party.
If you can't find the ID Codes for the tickets you purchased, not to worry! Call the Ticketing Team at (407) 566-4985. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! Just be sure to have all your information on hand, including the card number you used to purchase your tickets.
At this time, Guests need Theme Park Reservations in addition to valid admission to enter the theme parks. Once you have your tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, go ahead and make your
Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System.
