How do i look at tickets i already purchased

Hiya, D! We are so happy to have you here at planDisney where we love helping our fellow Guests plan magical visits to the Happiest Place on Earth!

I'm so excited to hear that you have purchased tickets! Let's fire up a countdown calendar because there's nothing more dreamy than a visit to the Disneyland Resort on the horizon! And speaking of horizons, let's call in some help from Moana to help us navigate through your question. If we way find just right, I believe there are a few ways to find your tickets. Let's take a look!

If you log into your Disneyland Mobile App on your phone, you can easily pull up your tickets by tapping on the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner. Select "Tickets and Passes" and you should see any active tickets on the next screen. It will show them one at a time, so you can actually scroll to see any additional tickets you may have. If you haven't already downloaded the app, I highly recommend it as you'll love using it to Mobile Order treats and meals and make Lightning Lane selections, if you have included Genie+ in your day.

We can also take a look through your inbox and try to pull up your ticket confirmation email. If you search for the subject "Disneyland Confirmation", you should pull up the email which would include an "Access Your eTickets" button. The link should work as long as the tickets are still valid.

D, now that we've traveled across the mobile app and your inbox and found where the line meets the sea ... I mean, your tickets ... can we talk about Genie+? If you haven't yet added it to your ticket, it's worth a look! You can always add in once you scan into the parks each day of your visit through the mobile app. The Genie is in a wish-granting mood and you will have access to 19 Lightning Lanes throughout Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. You can hold one Lightning Lane at a time, but they let you skip the standby queue, so prepare yourself for a seamless Disney day full of your favorite attractions!

One of my favorite Genie+ perks is that you also get unlimited digital downloads of all the Disney PhotoPass pictures you capture that day. Of course, you'll want to get some shots in front of park icons like Sleeping Beauty Castle and the Millennium Falcon, but be sure to ask for Magic Shots, especially in Avengers Campus! Just trust me on this one!

D, come back to see us if you have any more questions about your planning. We are always here for you at planDisney!

    Magic awaits!
