Where do I look for rides a five year old can go on

Hey there, Elena. Welcome to planDisney, the happiest corner of the internet. It sounds like you're dreaming up a magical visit with your Mouseketeer. We're getting close to the end of your countdown to the magic, so let's hop to it to ensure you're ready.

A great place to start is within the Disneyland app. Navigate to the map, which can be found by tapping the location icon (second from the left) at the bottom of the screen. On the next screen, tap the first button on the left underneath "Attractions" to filter for rides for your Mouseketeer. You can filter by age and it's also helpful to filter by height requirement. You'll notice that a good handful of rides are concentrated within Fantasyland in Disneyland Park. Two of my favorite rides from childhood are Dumbo the Flying Elephant (I just love how you get to control how high Dumbo flies) and Peter Pan's Flight. The magic of flying - you can't beat it.

Spring visits to Disneyland are the best. The weather is absolutely beautiful and the Tabebuia trees are stunning, adding pretty pops of pink in the park. Make sure to head over to Mickey's Toontown where you'll find spaces for your little one to get their wiggles out. You can even visit Mickey at his house for a fun photo op. A core memory for sure!

Elena, I hope this is helpful as you're putting your plans together for your trip. We're always here if you have any other questions. Here's wishing you a magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth filled with memories to last a lifetime.
