If that’s the case, I recommend first checking with your credit card company to see if you were charged twice. Disney PhotoPass Support number as soon as possible. Memory Maker purchases are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, so it’s best to contact them sooner rather than later to discuss your specific situation.
