Hi Bruce,
Welcome to planDisney! Well, this is a dilemma.
When I scroll through
My Disney Experience account, I can see my park pass reservations as well as those of folks in
My Family & Friends List. Perhaps the other reservations are those of someone on your Family & Friends List? If not, I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member in Website Support. Equally important, make sure that your park pass reservations are visible. If you only see the reservations of someone else and do not see your own, my worry would be that you do not actually have confirmed park pass reservations. A Cast Member in Website Support can take a look at your My Disney Experience account.
As you keep planning, I hope you are going to make
advanced dining reservations. If so, be sure to make them as soon as your
dining reservation window opens, currently 60-days prior to your arrival date. We always make advanced dining reservations and, given the capacity limits at some restaurants, those are even more important now. Although we used
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and I was able to get a same-day reservation using
Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability on my visit a few weeks ago, I love having a definitive time to dine on most days.
Bruce, before you contact a Cast Member to take a look at your My Disney Experience account, know that you can cancel park pass reservations and make new ones. Check the
theme park availability calendar to make sure there is availability for the dates of your visit. I am sending a little pixie dust trusting you will resolve this park pass reservation issue!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
