    How long after you make you reservation do magic bands get sent out?

    Hey, Kim!

    Thank you for stopping by the Dinsey Parks Moms Panel. We are so excited to help you plan a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

    Oh, here is the fun part. Before MagicBands get shipped you must take the time to customize them. You will have the ability to choose your own color and even place your name or nickname on the inside. Once they are customized and approved, MagicBand fulfillment and shipping is about 11 days but it could take longer depending on the weather and proximity to national holidays. Typically, when we stay at a Disney Resort hotel, we customize by day 30 and receive about 14-21 days before our arrival date. If you have not received them by 14 days before your trip, please contact a Cast Member in reservations at 407-939-1936.
