    Does it take longer for photos to load to my memory maker when another member of my family scans their linked magicband? When I use my band they show up almost immediately but my families photos have not yet loaded. Thank you

    Memory Maker and Disney's PhotoPass Service is such a fantastic service!  I love not having to hide behind my own camera and let Disney capture our Walt Disney World vacation memories.

    In my experience, Guests linked to me as "Friends and Family" who add photos to their PhotoPass account show up nearly instantly as well.  While on vacation, I use the My Disney Experience mobile app to view my PhotoPass photos.  I do have issues sometimes even with my own photos loading quickly.  I do have to refresh  and check back after an hour or so to see if they've popped up yet.  If it's been a day and you still do not see their photos in your own account, there must be a linking issue.  If you are still on vacation, you can visit a designated PhotoPass Service location or Guest Services to check things out.  From home, you can contact Disney's PhotoPass Service online or by calling (407) 560-4300.
