How long does it take to get to the BLT from Orlando Airport? And is it better to check in online, or when you get there? Thank You!

Hi Maryann!  The time to get to any Disney resort from the Orlando airport will be determined on what time of day you need to travel.  During the morning and evening rush hours you will need to allow more time then if you headed out mid day.   Accidents or road construction are also factors that could cause you delays.  We have made the trip in as little as 30 minutes but generally it is about a 45 minute drive door to door.

The on-line check in can save you time once you arrive.  Who wants to spend their first few minutes standing in line when you can be exploring your resort or checking out your room.  When you participate in the on-line program this will allow the resort to have your packet ready for you when you arrive. That doesn't mean you can't change things such as the credit card you wish to keep on your account but the book work is done and it speeds up the check-in process. I recommend it!

    Enjoy your upcoming Disney vacation!
