Hey there, Marla, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question!
This is a very tough question. There are a lot of variables that come into play when navigating the Theme Parks. Are you expecting to walk directly from the Park Entrance to Tomorrowland? Will the smell of freshly-made waffle cones deter you? Will the short line for a
Disney PhotoPass picture in front of
Cinderella Castle entice you to stop for those coveted castle photos? These are all real factors that will make a difference in how long that walk will take you! In my experience, it takes about 10 minutes to briskly walk from
Magic Kingdom Park’s entrance to Tomorrowland. And in full transparency, I’m usually pushing a stroller with two toddlers. So if you are visiting solo and are walking with purpose, you could likely make it there even more quickly!
And if you have to rush past Main Street U.S.A. when you enter the park, it would be worth it to take some time on the way out of Magic Kingdom Park to explore the shops and grab some fun snacks and souvenirs for the trip home. Our family always stops for Brownie Sundaes at
Plaza Ice Cream Parlor! Picture this: a warm brownie, topped with 2 scoops of ice cream, hot fudge, and a cherry on top… yum. Take it from a self-proclaimed Disney foodie - it’s the sweetest ending to a perfect park day!
I hope this helps, Marla! Your Walt Disney World vacation is calling!
Until Next TIme,
PG
