How long would it take to walk from the bus stop at POP to the Standard Rooms? We are on a tight budget for our first trip is it going to kill us to walk to our room after a long day in the parks with a 10 and 8 year old or will we be okay? We are not fit!

    Hi Jackelyn,

A little over a year ago I stayed in the standard rooms at Disney's Pop Century Resort with a school group.  We had rooms in the 90s building and these are the very farthest from the bus stop.  Even these rooms were not terribly far from the resort's main amenities.  It took us five to ten minutes to walk at a leisurely pace back to our rooms at the end of the day.  We found shortcuts through the parking lot that saved us some steps so it wasn't a hardship at all.  Just be sure to take care of your feet while you are there so that the extra distance to the standard rooms at this resort is less burdensome.

Also, be sure to ask at check-in to be as close to the bus stop as your room category will permit.  That will save you some extra steps too.  Have fun during your upcoming stay!  Your kids are going to love the colorful decor at Disney's Pop Century Resort!

    Best wishes,
    Jill
